What you’re joining

FUME AI is an AI assistant operated by the person or business identified above. Adults 18 and older with their own US mobile number may sign up. Entering a number alone does not activate texts: you must accept the consent notice and send the exact verification message from that number. After verification, you receive a welcome text, conversational AI responses to your messages and requested task updates. This signup is not consent to marketing or to share your number for third-party marketing. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Stop, resume and get help

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT to unsubscribe. Reply START or UNSTOP from your phone to resume; submitting the signup form does not override an opt-out. Reply HELP for instructions and the operator’s support link. You can also contact the person who invited you for support, access, correction or deletion requests. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data and AI

Your name, phone number, signup and consent records, messages, task results and memory are stored in the operator’s local application database. Conversations are separated by phone number in the application, not hidden from its operator. The operator can access the local database and logs. It is not end-to-end encrypted. Twilio processes SMS traffic. OpenAI processes messages and relevant saved context to generate answers; application requests disable provider response storage, which is not a promise of zero provider retention. Cloudflare carries the temporary public link. A web search sends your search query to the search tool; do not include private information.

Your memory controls

Text MEMORY to inspect saved facts, FORGET followed by a fact ID to forget one, or FORGET ALL to clear AI recall. These commands do not delete the visible message history, Twilio records, or required consent evidence. Ask the operator for full account-data deletion. Changing phone numbers or sharing a phone can expose that phone’s conversation history to the next person: notify the operator before giving up your number.

Retention and optional connections

Unverified signup records expire for verification after ten minutes and are removed after one day. Verified consent records and local chat history remain until the operator processes a deletion request or adopts a documented retention schedule. Signup does not connect Gmail or any other account. Optional account connections require their own authorization. Never text passwords, payment information, access codes or other secrets.

SMS consent and sharing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers receive only information needed to deliver and operate the service described here. The public signup and policy pages are hosted using OpenAI Sites; requests from the signup form go to the operator’s assistant server through its current HTTPS address. A permanent website address does not make the locally running assistant available when its server or tunnel is offline.

Shared phone number

The assistant uses the operator’s existing phone number and messaging service. The existing business system also receives incoming texts sent to that number and may process or respond to them. Your assistant conversations are not private from the operator or that system. Do not send sensitive information. Opting out may affect other messages from this number or service.

Preview limitations

The preview supports 25 verified people and limits new subscribers to 30 conversational messages per hour and 100 per day. STOP, HELP and memory controls remain available. This is not an emergency, medical, legal or financial service. AI answers can be incorrect. Availability depends on the operator’s server and temporary HTTPS link remaining online; delivery is not guaranteed.
